BG Duo Opens Three Little Pigs in Washington D.C.

Congratulations to BG members Jason Story and Carolina Gomez on the opening of Three Little Pigs Charcuterie and Salami in D.C. The store opened yesterday and is already getting rave reviews for its Italian guanciale, African biltong, Cajun andouille, Spanish and Mexican chorizos, and Moroccan merguez, to name a few.

The recently engaged couple (congrats!) is not only selling ready to eat products and cuts from ethically raised animals, but will also be holding salumi classes for the public. While most people would think they have been at this for years, the duo is quite new to the game, recently graduating from the CIA. We welcome them and their Three Little Pigs with open arms and wish them all the best. We’re sure people will be huffing and puffing racing to get a taste of their delicacies.
