BG in NC at Carolina Meat Institute

The Butcher’s Guild is in Asheville, NC September 11-13 as a partner to our friends at NC Choices at their Carolina Meat Institute. The conference offers innovative educational opportunities for farmers, commercial processors, food professionals and consumers focused on furthering the local and niche meat industry.

BG Founders Marissa Guggiana and Tia Harrison will be there to help things run smoothly and support our Charter Members Kari Underly and Craig Deihl, who are instructing day-long courses in whole animal utilization geared towards professionals and ranchers who want to move into the meat business.
