As a true butcher, I have a good: Heart, Source, Hand, Voice.
Heart: I maintain integrity in relationships with customers and vendors.
Source: I aim support local, sustainable farms and practice whole animal butchery.
Hand: I strive to improve my knife skills and knowledge of the trade.
Voice: I am an active community member and encourage a healthy food system.

My Father was a member of the Guild of Master Butchers his name was Anthony Fredrick Winters. He unfortunatly died of Multiple Sclarosis quite a few years ago. I would like to thank the guild for looking after his interest both finantially and by being there for him in his time of need. I only found the paperwork a few weeks ago. He lived in New Malden in Surrey and was based in Kingston upon Thames in Surrey. Funily enough I became a Butcher myself, served an apprenticship but had to leave the trade to have children and couldnt go back to it as n epidural ruined my back!
