Looking for a Butcher/Processing Plant Supervisor


I operate an all grasped Beef and Bison ranch in Punta Gorda, FL. I am looking for an experienced butcher that can also manage a team of meat cutters in our on premises USDA processing plant. Must work well within a team environment and feel confident in providing weekly/monthly/yearly processing plans/reports to management. Must be customer service minded and be flexible to process changes to suit customer needs. For qualified candidates, relocation costs can be negotiated.

Responsibilities include: 
-Cost analysis of raw materials
-Coordinating/managing a team of meat cutters
-Managing inventory levels
-Quality control of product and packaging
-Upkeep of USDA records and HACCP Plan
-Basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
