My name is Marc and I am one of the master butchers’ in the World, voted Americas Best Butcher 2016 and Co-owner of “Cure Camp”.
I am from France, and learnt the art from my master in the Loire Valley. After that, I traveled the world honing, sharpening, and acquiring skills.
My partner (co-owner of “Cure Camp” Michael Sullivan) and I have held numerous competitions around the globe.
I hold a special place in my heart for the art of butchery, and I am unique because I teach THE SEAM of butchery - meaning respect for my profession
