Hi, My name is Levi. I have wanted to be a butcher since 2009 and after much hard work, I am now finally working my way towards fulfilling my aspirations.

About a year ago, in November 2018, I started out small at a cut and wrap facility in Texas that deals in grass-fed meat.

In February 2019, due to some unforeseen circumstances I was promoted to Head Butcher.

I hope to get to know more butchers and learn form you and I hope to hear from you guys!
